Breaking Down the Luxurious Cartier Line of 2023: A Sneak Peek

Breaking Down the Luxurious Cartier Line of 2023: A Sneak Peek

I'm sure you've already heard about tiny watches if you're keeping up with the 2023 watch trend. They're all over, and it's simple to see how they flow down from celebs to watch aficionados on Instagram, and finally to the wrists of local "cool kids" in downtown New York.

When it comes to the small watch trend, Cartier is in the lead. Over the past few years, Tyler, the Creator—a founding member of the current teeny tiny watch club—has surely earned the brand a great deal of street cred. However, no one can dispute that Cartier was producing gender-neutral timepieces far before gender-binary politics became a hot topic of conversation.

Tank Américaine

Adorable in stainless steel, flawless in diamond-encrusted white gold. Traditional Cartier with its blue steel sword-shaped hands, train tack minutes, and silvered sunray dial. The 0.69 carat faceted diamond crown is another beauty of the white gold case with a rhodium finish. Released last September 2023 of the tiny Américaine, which will cost more than $50,000.

Panthère de Cartier

A small-sized, solid yellow gold watch with a black lacquered face set with diamonds. The petite yellow gold Panthere clock has a high autonomy quartz movement and measures 30.3 x 22 mm. For around $30,000, it will be offered in December 2023.

Baby Baignoire

Curved baignoire watch set on a bangle of pure gold. Compared to a bracelet, a bangle seems to make a bigger statement, but not as much as anything that is gem-set. Cartier's creation of a watch that rests a little easier when stacked is pretty damn great. The new Baignoire will retail for around $10,000 and has a quartz movement. It was released in June 2023.

It seems that wearing little watches is hot right now, and as a result, it's acting like a formulaic editing focused on fashion. However, this newly discovered fluidity gives me true hope for watches in the future. Even though social media and style editors viciously abuse you and your emotions in the sacred halls of LuxeFora, you are the only one who can choose what is cool for you. Let us envision a society in which individuals can live contentedly while donning Cartier Baignoires and Royal Oak Offshores on bracelets.
